An 8 week group coaching journey
Ready to stop surviving and start actually living?
For Muslim women ready to stop being ruled by anxiety, overthinking and emotional overwhelm, and build real resilience, healthier patterns, and genuine tawakkul.
8 weeks. Small group. Islamic and science based tools. Limited spots this cohort.
You pray. You make dhikr. You know the ayahs and the duas by heart. And still, some days, your body will not settle and your mind will not stop.
Are you exhausted from...
If any of this is you, keep reading.
Imagine instead you could...
Every month this goes unaddressed is not neutral. It adds up quietly. The anxious, overwhelmed version of you today does not just stay the same tomorrow. She gets a little more depleted, a little more reactive, a little more convinced this is simply who she is now.
It shows up in your prayer, rushed and distracted. In your patience with the people you love most, worn thinner than you would like to admit. In the quiet resentment that builds when you keep saying yes while your own needs go unheard. Six months from now, without a real shift, you are not standing still. You are further from the calm, present, grounded woman you know you can be.
The program
"From survival to sakinah" works through three layers, because lasting change is not just about changing your thoughts.
Before anything else, your body needs to feel safe. Learn to recognise what is happening in your body when overwhelm hits, the racing heart, the tight chest, the urge to shut down or snap, instead of just labeling it "anxiety" and pushing through. Using both Islamic tools like dhikr and grounded breath, alongside practical nervous system techniques, you will build a real toolkit for coming back to calm, even mid spiral.
Once your body feels safer, we go deeper, into the patterns quietly running your life. Perfectionism that never lets you feel like enough. People pleasing that leaves you resentful and unseen. Fear that shows up as control. Beliefs about yourself you have never actually questioned. You will learn to catch these patterns as they happen, and build healthier ways to think, communicate and set boundaries, from self respect rather than guilt.
Bring it all back to Allah. Learn to recognise the different states of your nafs, and how to move it gently toward peace. We sit honestly with resentment too, the kind that quietly builds toward people, situations, even your own life, and learn how to release it. You will explore qadar, not just as a concept to accept, but as something you can actually feel at peace with, learning to tell the difference between what is yours to carry and what you need to surrender to Allah.

From Survival to Sakinah
8 weeks. Small group. Limited spots.
Carrying this alone for another year costs you far more than £999 across 8 weeks. Not just in how you feel, but in the prayers you rush through, the patience you run short on, the version of yourself you keep putting off becoming.
You are not the first woman to feel this way, and you will not carry it alone here.
About your coach
I'm a certified Islamic & Nervous system coach, but before I was a coach, I was the woman drowning in anxiety, depression, and a nervous system that never felt safe.
For years, panic attacks and constant overthinking ran my life. I knew my deen, I prayed, I made dua, and I still felt far from Allah and far from myself. I didn't know how to explain what was happening in my body, and I didn't know how to make it stop.
I made the decision to actually heal, not just cope. And by Allah's permission, I did. I went from panic attacks and spiralling thoughts to real, steady peace. Not perfection, just peace. I can enjoy my life now. I live a normal life, and I don't take that for granted.
This program is everything I wish someone had handed me back then. Not theory. Not vague advice. A real path back to yourself, and back to Allah.
